  1. Look on the bright side. That’s a lot of money you’re making. But it’s still work, and it needs to be managed. Don’t manage work. Manage your time! Start wearing a watch!
  2. I hate going over the specs over and over again. Perhaps its better to draw out what stuff goes where in each page and go over it with your client. You don’t want your project to go into a backlog.
  3. Automate processes. Use a framework like Rails. Program smart, not hard.
