Toilet Apartheid

Caught this in a local university. Sign was placed on a rarely used disabled toilet.

Whoever scribbled the “Toilet Apartheid” must be really upset at the discrimination against foreign workers.

hee… there's AS3 in NUS. Actually, it's all usually drawn into the works contract ie. Use only designated toilets (to prevent clogging up due to soiled boots), make good aft works are completed. Btw, I did Construction Mgt in NUS
